For NHS services

See each child clearly, before the assessment.

Parents fill in Assembly's neurodevelopmental profiler. It builds a structured picture of a child's strengths and needs. So referrals arrive with the facts triage depends on, and families get practical support while they wait.

Clinician-designed Transdiagnostic across MH and ND pathways Parent-led and evidence-based

Pathways are carrying more than they were built for

Referrals often arrive with little structured detail, so triage rests on thin evidence.

Families wait months, sometimes years, with no support in the meantime.

Clinical time goes on taking a history that parents could have given up front.

Mental health and neurodevelopmental needs overlap, but what one pathway knows seldom reaches the other.

Triage can only be as good as what it starts with. That's where Assembly helps.

How Assembly fits your pathway

  1. Parents complete the profiler

Parents fill in a neurodevelopmental screener at home, in their own time, before any appointment. It builds a structured view across each area of development.

  2. A structured profile takes shape

Strengths and needs are mapped across eight clinical dimensions, from attention and sensory processing to emotional regulation and social skills.

  3. The profile arrives with the referral

Triage works from the same structured view of each child. Not a blank referral letter and a phone call to follow it up.

  4. Support starts before the assessment

Programmes designed by clinicians, and run by parents, help families meet needs early. Before things get worse, not after the wait.

What your service gets

Pre-assessment identification

Screening, done by parents, that brings neurodevelopmental needs to light before assessment. It is transdiagnostic across mental health and ND pathways.

A report that travels with the child

A clear profile to share, that clinicians, GPs and teachers can all read. One picture, not scattered accounts.

Parent-mediated intervention

Programmes designed by clinicians and fitted to each child. Parents run them at home with our support. Targeted help while families wait.

Less load on the pathway

Structured input up front means less time taking a history, and assessment time better spent.

Built on methods that work

Our profiler and recommendations are built by clinical psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychiatrists, led by a consultant clinical psychologist with 30+ years of NHS experience.
